Our team is qualified in the highest Turf Management degree with over 10 years experience from within the Turf Sector which include elite Golf Courses and Sports Fields. This means at MOTO Turf Limited we have the ability to transform your backyard into what you might see when watching professional sport on TV.

We have helped out hundreds of Kiwis make their lawns and backyards look awesome all year round. As we have the experience and knowledge that provides a site specific approach. Our philosophy is to offer you an opportunity to be equipped with NZ best lawn care and backyard products, coupled with the correct knowledge. We place good emphasis on communication and education, which we believe empowers our clients to help them sustainably manage and enhance their lawns and backyards.

We use organic, biologically-based pesticides to keep our clients’ lawns healthy. They keep weeds and pests out and protect your lawn from diseases. Here at MOTO Turf, we can provide a free, no-obligation consultation to help you determine what pesticide is right for your lawn.

Shipping Policy

MOTO Turf Limited endeavours to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high volumes e.g. Sales, there may be a delay in shipping your order, however if there is an anticipated significant delay you will be contacted directly via email.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.

Returns Policy

Returned items must be unused in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition. Sorry we can’t accept change of mind returns where the item has been used. Please note you will receive a store
credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.

Shipping is not refundable on returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

This policy does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If an item is faulty/damaged/incorrectly supplied, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
